Chef Justin Thompson is a classically trained chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who is head chef for Wantastiquet Catering in Brattleboro. And on July 14th, he will be your personal chef and instructor guiding you through the preparation and service of a French meal. In honor of Bastille Day your menu will feature:
Apple and Vermont chèvre arugula salad
Salmon Papillote with lemon, thyme and dill
Oven roasted fingerling potatoes with fresh thyme and garlic.
Sauteed garden vegetables.
Cooking begins at 5:30. Plan for about 45 minutes to prepare food.
